The Representative is such for the duration of the Principals ownership unless explicit instruction is received from the Principal to appoint a new Representative.

The Principal hereby agrees to ratify all actions taken by the representative in this Special Power of Attorney.

It is the SOLE responsibility of the Principal to ensure that the MOA has the latest special power of attorney on record.
